A Mars image from last night under rather fair seeing conditions.
I was actually surprised that I was able to get an image this good,
considering. Patch of clouds on morning limb evident.

conditions unsteady and turbulent.

All'estrema sinistra si inizia a vedere Sinus Meridiani.
Pavonis (alto 14000 metri) e Ascreus (alto 18000 metri).

As the planet rotates, about 30 minutes a day, slowly other regions can be explored.
In this image,in addition to the extensive light cloud coverings spread over various regions,
the dark region of the Mare Erythraeum can be seen in the center,
with Chryse just below and Solis lacus on the right. On the far left you begin to see Sinus Meridiani.
Bottom right, near the edge, the three aligned volcanoes of the Tharsis region,
from top to bottom Arsia Mons (19,000 meters high),Pavonis (14,000 meters high) and Ascreus (18,000 meters high).
Confirmed the fragmentation of the pole into two main regions, with other suspected weak external regions.

Seeing was average today but transparency was poor due to clouds and haze.
These images shows Syrtis Major. The rim of Huygens crater is distinct. The Hellas basin is clear this season.
Sinus Sabeaus can be seen on the left. I was also able to capture Phobos and Deimos which helped in derotating the images I took.

Conditions,at least on screen, appeared to have deteriorated from earlier,so I was reasonably happy with the results.
These last few days,I am enjoying the morning cloud over Tharsis, although in the RGB,
there is an interesting shaded effect at lower right, which is maybe highlighted by the clouds to the south.

[Clyde Foster:Centurion,South Africa]

Peter Edwards
Again windy and jittery seeing but reasonable detail visible on capture screen.
Solis Lacus dominates this hemisphere.

[Peter Edwars: West Sussex United Kingdom]

Trevor Barry
in good seeing, have excellent 685nm IR,R and G data and fair B data.
These are my best data thus far this apparition. Syrtis Major and surrounds are well seen,
the Hellas impact basin is particularly well resolved and very fine detail is seen between it and the South pole.
I note the intrusion into the ice cap.
