I searched for Mars in the blue sky at about 3:20,relying on the scale ring.
It was found immediately in about 5 minutes. The sun is still out,but the orange Mars is immediately apparent.
I have experience in daytime observations with a 60 cm reflection, but this is the first time for me to use a telescope at home.
The pattern looked better than I expected, and I drew a sketch. After that, thin clouds often passed and became unobservable.
It was sunny and cloudy,so I couldn't observe slowly.

Here is a mars report performed last 27th with the 203mm cassegrain.
Images were average enough for collecting the main veils located on the limb and the terminator.
On the Solis Lacus zone an ochre color veil was still present and contrasted. Solis Lacus appeared rather faintly.

Although the skies were rather hazy with some drifting cloud, seeing was very good and AII for most of the session:
・The SPC was a little brighter and easier to see tonight.
The seemed to be a brighter cloud band covering the Mare Australe,Dia and Thyle I.
・Solis Lacus was well placed- Phrixi Regio seemed quite dark. Uranius seemed brughter than the deserts following it.
・Vague markings in Amazonis. Mare Sirenum present on the following limb.
・Preceeding limb seemed to contain bright white clouds,NPH seen to the far north.
