Uranus observed under clear sky and good seeing. Banding was evident with a darker belt and a brighter zone occupying most of the following half of the disc. The brighter zone I suppose being at the equator, and the darker belt in the Northern Hemisphere. The proceeding hemisphere was pale, with a hint of darkening towards the pole.[Chris Nuttall : York,UK]
