Here is a report of venus performed last 30th march with a simple 76mm refractor.
Images were majorily poor to average on some periods.
During the best periods anyway a banding pattern appeared through the seeing as shown.
Sky transparency was excellent,temperature cold,strong windy conditions from east side make difficult conditions of observation during the session.
AL was not there,bright spot as well.
Still bright poles bordered by a dark collar were as the more conspicuous features.
Starts of the dark streaks on the Terminator drawing the banding pattern were verified without filter and the W11 use filter Under 72x,101x,112x magnifications.
No need to involve bigger apertures when the sky conditions are failing. The images into the 154mm CC were terrific for getting Nothing strictly.
