Cloudy with heavy rain last night so no chance to see the comet- conditions look much more favourable tonight though.
The skies did clear this morning and I was able to make the attached observation of Venus,albeit in poor seeing conditions.
There didn't seem to be much of note on the disk.
Bright Limb Band: Visible and complete
Terminator: Geometrically regular
Cusp Caps: Not seen (nor the cusp collars).
