Clyde Foster
The region preceding the GRS which is rising at lower left.
Conditions not as good as the last few days.
The LRS can be seen in the far south, with the bright oval(CH4) in the north.

I finally had some clear skies today after over a week of clouds due to a low pressure area in our region.
Seeing is still not great because of Jupiter's low altitude.
All images were taken with the QHY290M.
I just have not time to switch to the QHY462C as sunrise was approaching.

Oval BA shows a slight orange color as reported be other imagers.
Note the large cyclone on the NE edge of Oval BA. The SEB looks very pale.
The NEB is also very quiet in this region. There are no outbreaks or rifts.
Note the white oval rising on the northern edge of the NEB,is this White Spot Z?
This spot is a little bright in methane band compared to the surrounding NEB.

Tiziano Olivetti
attached 2 images from this morning, the seeing was quite good considering the low altitude of the planet.

Hi all, here's my first image of Jupiter for this season, seeing was ok
for the half hour before dawn allowing me to record and merge about 20
minutes worth of data using a 750nm longpass filter. Oval BA can be seen
rising at lower left.

Good seeing today and some nice resolution particularly in the methane band.
Jupiter's looking really interesting this year, with changes on many belts from the last few years.
Remnants of DS-7 (Clyde's Spot) are quite likely to be near the meridian,Oval BA is rising.
Noticeable on this side is the remarkable darkening of the STB since late last year.
The STB and STropZ have been very bright white for the past few years,
but here there's only a narrow pale line of the STropZ below the SEB!
There's also disturbed SEB,the red pair of the EZn and NEB,
barges on a narrower NEB,and the re-formed reddish NTB.

良いシーイングで(といっても4/10ですが)、
STr. Bandを初めてはっきりと見ることができました。
幅広いNEBの所々が凹んでいる様子や、SEB北縁が淡くて細く見えるなど、
今シーズンの特徴を捉えることができました。

A close conjunction of Io and the +5.9 magnitude star 44 Cap,
I missed by a couple arcseconds the second occultation.

Imaged Jupiter April 2nd, seeing was fair at best but still some fine detail is resolved.
A bright oval is resolved on the Southern edge of the NPR near the CM with a concentrate dark spot below it in the NTeZ.
A red barge is resolved in the NEB midway between the F limb
and CM three elongated red features are resolved between the CM and P limb.
The EZ is shaded orange and Oval BA is toward the F limb.
Two small bright ovals lead Oval BA in the SSTeB.
