A very frustrating session this morning with the GRS so well placed, but very poor seeing conditions.
Focussing was very difficult and rather heavy handed processing was required.
The SEBs ring is not clearly seen, and hopefully other observers may have better conditions in coming days.
The circulation loop around the GRS has deformed to the west.

a comparison of the panet in August 202o and April 2021 to show significant changes in the NEB and EZ,
if they should be of any interest.

Condition is a little better today as Jupiter get higher. Jupiter is still around 40deg above the horizon.
Seeing was below average and transparency was very poor because of clouds and haze.
Transparency was so poor that I was not able to capture a methane band image.
I was, however, able to capture a rare occultation of Callisto by Europa with Ganymede close by.

The NEB looks very pale. Note what possible is a bright feature on the NEB/EZ border just before the CM.
The EZ has a very strong reddish hue.
The SEB looks very strange with turbulence from the GRS on the SEBn but mostly it is very pale.
The NTBn looks active. The south polar red spot can be seen just before the CM.
