The disk size is now rather small at 7.8",
however I am hoping to follow the planet further as my 305mm Newtonian should allow longer coverage-
certainly down to an apparent diameter of 6".
Main points of interest were:
・No sign of the SPC,the SPR a vague brighter area with no real distinctive markings.
・Phrixi Regio quite dark and prominent,Thaumasia bright but largely featureless.
・Mare Sirenum seen, darker towards the south,Icaria and Phaethontis brighter regions.
・Interesting darker spot in the north not far from the preceeding limb.
・NPC bright and white in colour- some darker markings seen immediately above it.
Seeing dropped off quite quickly at 1816UT,and later the clouds returned once more.
