I attach the Venus images obtained this morning, after sunrise, with above average seeing. Five distinct IR filters were used, namely:
Sloan z'-s' (820nm-920nm)
Sloan Y' (940nm-1040nm)
IR850 (>850nm)
VW-1 (1000nm/20nm)
CH4 (890nm/20nm)
Two images, obtained about 1h apart, both using the z'-s' filter were used to produce a gif animation showing retrograde atmospheric rotation.
Since seeing was a bit better today, I employed a milder processing, but on the animation I used both the mild and the usual hard processing.
Higher cloud contrast is observed with Sloan z'-s' (820nm-920nm) and IR850 (>850nm) filters, VW-1 (1000nm/20nm) and CH4 (890nm/20nm) producing, as expected (only 20nm pass-band) the lowest S/N ratio.
No "vertical" linear cloud patterns today...

IR/UV set from yesterday morning. There was some jet stream and also cloud interference as the sun was rising.
The UV in particular was negatively affected.
