Dear,today's Venus images are of poor quality due to intense atmospheric turbulence even though jet influence was quite reduced. Local summer pattern is appearing with frequent moderate to strong winds.
As result of the above,each one of the three independent images obtained today is the average of two 5min SERs obtained immediately after the other (this was made to try to approach the usual S/N ratio of "normal" imaging days). The images to be averaged were perfectly registered but NOT derotated. Only 1% of frames from each SER was used.
The planispheric projection of yesterday's and today's images show continuity of (mostly latitude-oriented) cloud boundaries on both days.
A gif animation is also attached to show a small amount of atmospheric rotation. Quality is poor though...
