Dear sirs, good transparency and decent seeing for this morning's session, which allowed quite a few independent 5min (IR) or 10min (UV) SERs and images (I have some more IR,not included here).
The cloud discontinuity is very well seen in IR images, and is located under a region which is clear (darker) for UV. in also seems smeared when compared to IR images, though image quality is poorer in UV.
A dark NPR collar is also seen in IR,and a bright UV region is just S of it.
Two versions of image enhancement are today presented,a gif animation confirms atmospheric rotation (and IR/UV comparison; for the IR gif first and last IR images were used; for IR/UV animation the 07:30UT IR image and the 07:47UT UV image),and a map projection from June 17-19 images gives a global overview of the cloud discontinuity (seen today) and the "hook-like" feature (seen yesterday).
