A lot of atmospheric activity seems to be present, both in the northern and southern regions.
Most of them are obviously clouds/haze,but the brightening at the p-limb at around 1 o'clock in the first row of images seems a bit different.
However interpretation is difficult in the current view.

Elysium is at lower right, with Propontis I at lower centre. M Sirenum is at upper centre.
The cloud at upper left is in the region of Palinuri Sinus.
I suspect there may be some dust activity in the north at lower left.

After a few days of overcast skies there were a few hours without clouds on Monday afternoon. Also the seeing has been better than in the whole season and has allowed the capture of the atmospheric activity of the planet during the short interval of transparency. Clouds in the southern area of Mare Sirenum and Eridania and the presence of dust in suspension in some areas of the NPC. Too bad I didn't have more clear nights to continue observing the evolution of this activity.

In good seeing. There were a number of interesting features visible:
・In drawing 1 there seemed to be a brilliant cloud close to the limb over Simois and Electris. Later it looked like there was clouds/brightness in Eridania and Thyle II.
・The Mare Cimmerium was the main dark feature, the Mare Tyrrhenum could be seen, especially by the time of drawing 2.
・Cerberus and Electris seen, there seemed to be a darker marking to the east- presumably Propontis I?
・There also seemed to be a shading in AEtheria.
・The NPC could be seen with a darker boundary to it.
I received an email from Dr Richard McKim,Director of the BAA Mars Section regarding an observation by Clyde Foster made on the same date showing a possible dust storm near the NPC. After reviewing my raw observations and notes,I find that I could not detect any sign of this visually, although I did see the bright clouds in the south
I had hoped to follow up this observation tonight but alas the sky is cloudy here.

Conditions were not good here on Feb 13 but I managed to capture the dust cloud on the same night as Clyde but slightly earlier, at CM 179. I could only make use of a single 90-sec video for these respective images.
Initially I was disappointed but Clyde's detection made me look again and select only the best result, the other videos were considerably poorer. A good lesson to learn always to report the best result you have.
