金星の分光撮像は、木星のカラーカメラと比べると面倒ですね。体裁を決めるのに時間がかかりました。
赤外の代わりにメタンバンドCH4フィルタで代用しています。今日は強風でブレブレでした。

金星は模様のコントラストが低いためか、シーイングが悪いとスタックエラーを生じやすいようです。
今日もシーイングは良くありませんでしたが何とかエラーを回避できたようです。

Dear sirs,here are my Venus images from April 11,with average seeing and transparency. Faint IR markings (mainly latitude oriented) were seen with two Sloan IR filters (z'-s' and Y') and rotated with the atmosphere (see Venus-2023-04-11_AJC.gif and Venus-2023-04-11-Y_AJC.gif,respectively). IR markings were more contrasty with z'-s'. In UV,two darker equatorial patches were similarly seen with two filters (IDAS and Schuler (each on a different camera).
