We had beautiful blue skies and I couldn’t pass the opportunity to get a glimpse of Venus.

Here is a venus report using the 80mm vixen refractor on last 07th july.
Observations were closed by clouds.
Ashen light was there but not at a level1 intensity.

Dear sirs,I attach my July 7 Venus nightside results, where features partially coincident with WinJupos prediction were observed.
Three 15min SERs were obtained in sequence (200ms integrations; gain=100; offset=10; 100% stacks),using a 14" LX200 working at f/5,an IDAS 1000nm/20nm filter (VW-1),and a PO Neptune -C II camera with protecting window removed.
On the top row are the AS3 images, and (at the right) the corresponding average to increase S/N ratio, only with histogram linear stretching.
On the middle row is the result of Astrosurface HDR histogram modification of the above images, and at the bottom row,the result of wavelet processing (in WaveSharp) of the mentioned HDR variants.
A Winjupos simulation is added to the fully processed averaged file (bottom right) and the partial coincidence of observed and predicted features is emphasized in the gif animation.
Possibly, intervening clouds may be the reason for the differences noted between data and prediction. Also, artifacts due to the nearby terminator may be involved.
The IMX464 coverslip-related ghost images are well seen,as is an oblique line due to partial obstruction of the telescope aperture by my observatory wall.
