Despite Venus' low altitude I had good seeing for these RGB,and IR captures.
Later with the planet at an altitude of only 6 degrees, I made a nightside capture, using the Uranus-C camera, PixelTeq 1030nm 50nm FWHM filter and a 0.5X reducer on the C14 Edge HD.
The capture was made at 08:22 UT and is compared with a Magellan space probe radar map to texture the WinJUPOS graphic. The resolution is low, but seems to correlate with the known terrain.
