Here is a venus report using the 80mm refractor under a transparent sky. Not racing an intensity level1,nevertheless coloring was actually present,dark red well affirmed near the terminator spreading on half the DS surface and then progressively to a greyish tint toward the DS limb. No defined contour at the DS limb,no lighted arc,no cusp extension. A good observation globally.[Stanislas Maksymowicz Ecquevilly,France]
