Please find attached an observation of Uranus made in good conditions on 30th January, I was able to use high powers of x319 and x638 to examine the disk. The north pole was quite bright and there seemed to be a darker greyish band towards the limb. On this occasion I was unable to observe ay satellites (the sky was becoming hazy) however Uranus was relatively close to the star TYC 1225-1111-1.[Paul G. Abel:Leicester:United Kingdom]
