Attached is a daytime observation I made of Venus on 16th September. Conditions were average at best but there were some interesting markings on the disk. Also: Bright Limb Band: Visible and complete Terminator: Geometrically regular Cusp Caps: Southern cusp cap was quite bright, the northern cap much less so. Cusp Collars: Probably not visible- the markings near the poles of disk are most likely general markings rather than cusp collars.[Paul G. Abel:Leicester:United Kingdom]
