Image set from yesterday afternoon,shortly after sunset. Olympus Mons is just to the right of centre. The dark streak to the left coincides with Lunae Lacus-Ganges,likely enhanced by the bright limb. The darkish feature to the lower left of centre has been noticeable for a few days now,and appears to lie in the Nilus region. Valles Marineris is on the upper left limb and higher contrast features should come into view in the coming days. I am wondering if the SP Hood is not becoming visible (G)?[Clyde Foster : Khomas,Namibia]
