Hi all, here's a thermal image of Venus from this morning using a 1000nm-1020nm bandpass filter showing surface features and an accompanying animation comparing with a topo map. Once again we see the same static features showing through as on previous mornings, in particular Aphrodite on the right hand limb, while other surface features show to varying degrees or are completely obscured.
