Seeing was finally good enough for this session,and in IR light I detected a dark circular spot (B=+16.2° +/- 0.2°) I used as tracking to get a preliminar figure of supperrotation period at that latitude. It resulted 5.95 days,a value to be taken of course cautionally as the images are quite close apart (50 min.) together with other sources of error.[Vincenzo della Vecchia : [Aversa,Italy]
