Image Processing:
  • the Maximum Entropy Method deconvolution after composite of the original taking images (the leftmost images)
  • Enhanced the leftmost images with the unsharp masking method (center)
  • Enhancing the Blue channel layer images with contrast adjustment. of the leftmost images for easy detection of atmospheric phenomena (3rd left) and,hue of the 3images is inverted (the rightmost images ) The Blue haze is shown as yellow

Remarks:
  • After 16h UT, wind blows and seeing decreasing 2 or 3/10.
  • 15h22m15s UT (CM = 198.7) image is best image of tonight.
  • ELECTRIS and ERIDANIA are coved with cloud, AWTHERIA is dark.
  • ELYSIUM cloud is seen but becomes smaller and fainter than May 11 0r 10 images
  • The equational cloud band is seen west of ELYSIUM
観測コメント:
  • 当日は、透明度は悪かったのですが、風もなく、１時くらいまでは、なかなかシーイングは良好でした。しかし、１時以降は風が出てきて、シーイングも２〜３／１０に悪化しました。
  • 15h22m15s UT (CM = 198.7) の画像は、当夜のベスト画像です。
  • ELECTRIS と ERIDANIA は雲に覆われています。 LI>AWTHERIA が暗い、ELYSIUM の雲は見られるが５／１０、５／１１に比べて、小さく淡くなっているようです。
  • ELYSIUMに西に赤道雲が見られます。

新川さんの14：53の画像を見る限り，北極冠はまだ存在するようです。しかし，その他の画像ではかなり厳しいところから，本体は非常に小さくなってしまったことがうかがえます。気流がよいときに肉眼で確認してほしいものです。また，南北両極地方には霧のような雲がかかっている様子がよく捉えられています。

雲の方ですが，赤道地方に淡く東西に雲が覆っている様子がかろうじて分かります。とくに，Elysium(エリシウム）のすぐ西側に明るい部分が見えています。Olympia（アリンピア山）も明るく写っているのが確認できます。また，一月程前と同じようにArcadia（アルカディア）の部分が依然明るく輝いている様子が捉えられており，雲が発生しやすいことを裏付けているようです。
