Seeing initially poor-fair (4-5), but improved later
excellent (8-10.) Excellent seeing occured after clouds cleared.
Transparency initially very varibale, with
frequent low clouds (cloud - 5.0mag.) Improved later.
Wind SW (5-10mph.) Light -moderate dew.
Observation comments:-
Seeing was i think just marginally better than during the second Jupiter observation. The now familiar Blue/grey Polar cap was noted, as was the grey SSTB. The STrZ appeared brighter, with a thinner streak toward the CM. This region appeared yellow, with a hint of green. The SEBs was well defined, but not as dark as the SEBn. The EB appeared greyish also and tantalizing hints of turbluence were noted, both in the EB and SEBs.
The rings appeared sharply defined, and where the Cassini Division crosses the globe (0.25") was always visible. The Keeler gap again noted at the f. ansa appeared several times. It was noted slightly further around the ansa on this occasion than Aug 2nd. I still didnt note it at the p. ansa of Ring A. The f. ansa of Ring A also appeared rather dimmer than the p. ansa. Ring B appeared brighter, with its inner edges appearing dusky. Ring C appeared greyish.

Comment:-
土星は、例のAリングの空隙が見えている様ですが、本物かどうかは、見る人の判断にお任せします。
SEB〜STBのあたりが、昨シーズンに比べると明らかに変化しているようです。

Comment(Japanese)-
南極付近に白雲のようなものがあるようです。
Comment(English)- A thing such as the white cloud seems to be in South Pole adjacent area.
