解説（安達） 
・北極地方はぼんやりとかすんだような見え方になっている。晴
　れていれば、北極冠が見えるはずだから、おそらくヘイズがか
　ぶっているのだろうと思われる。
・クサンテ（Xanthe;50°、+10）からタルシス(Thrrsis;90°、
　+10°）にかけて白く明るくなっているのが認められる。夕霧
　にしては範囲が広すぎ、おそらく、低緯度地方に出た薄い雲だ
　と思われる。この部分にはよく見られる景色である。
