Dear all Mercury observers-
In this file, I have degraded the Boston University image of Mercury on Aug. 29, 1998 to the size and resolution of my Mercury image on July 14, 2001.
Both were taken almost the same CM longitude at 260 - 263 degrees! They both look identically to one another! Mine was taken with a Celestron 8-inch telescope and the Boston University image was taken with a 61-inch telescope at Mt. Wilson.
I think this is truly remarkable!
