Attached to this and to other 4 messages are my latest Jupiter images (Jan 07,08,09,10,11).
GRS, BA (methane bright) and SSTC ovals are seen in Jan08,09,10,11 images.
The STr band brown oval (methane bright) "p" the GRS is seen in Jan08,10,11.
The NNTZ small red oval (methane bright) is seen in Jan09,11.
A redish NNTB segment is seen in Jan08,10,11.
The SE disturbance is seen on Jan09 images, namely IR and methane.
All images show numerous NEB white spots, barges and bright rifts.
It is dramatic how the dark barges in B, G and even in R light virtually disappear in IR light.
The darkest part (in IR, and in the visible) of the SEB "p" the GRS (e.g.Jan10,11) is also the darkest part in the methane band.
At about L2 230 the STB shows some elongated dark areas that are also dark in methane (e.g. Jan 09).
I will try to use the week-end and the currently rainy weather to send Dec 2001 images
Good observations
