最近は、シーイングが全く安定しないので、
木星は、DiMAGE5のコリメートで撮っています。
９０〜１００コマ／分　近くまで連写できるので、
自転の速い木星には、非常に有利です。

Hi all,

Here are a few preliminary data of GSR-BA, in IR and methane, obtained tonight.

Unfortunately seeing has deteriorated a bit when compared with previous sessions.

BA seems to continue to present the "normal" IR and CH4 morphology that I have been describing, although the methane image may be a bit more elongated (seeing? true changes?).
I have to check with the other methane images obtained tonight, but I would like that seeing was comparable to previous sessions.

The methane-bright cloud in mid SEB described in the previous images seems to have faded/dispersed (also in IR where there is enough spatial resolution to trust this change).

Hope that someone has better seeing conditions (no RGB images tonight, sorry)

Hi all,

Here is a just a sample of tonight's images.

Seeing was better than on yesterday's images, but degraded in the end of the session.

BA morphology remains similar (better defined and more round in methane than yesterday, perhaps due to better seeing; STrB oval also sen in methane)
In the RGB image rift activity is seen in the NEB, and oval BA continues to show a regular morphology.
