この日は前日と違い寒気が入り込みとても寒い夜でした。
その関係かシーイングも悪く使えそうなのはこれ1枚だけでした。

very nice detail visible
Seeing fair. Note dusky SEBs/STrZ oval at CM (35d II); NEW oval object on
NE perimeter of GRS, just preceding.
Seeing very poor with intermittent clouds. Note the dark small spot due
south (above in image) the GRS....this, according to the ASO records, is not
a satellite shadow so likely is a transient and new dark spot within the
STZ. Note the increasing intensity of activity surrounding the GRS and BA.

Hi all,
Here are yesterday's images, obtained under unstable conditions in a
session that was interrupted by rain before BA/RGB became visible.
Focusing the attention to NEB, it is possible that the rift that is
approaching CM in the last images may contain some methane-bright clouds.
See, for instance in the 20:38UT methane image, how the average darkness of
NEB decreases at the rift's position. The IR dark festoon at that region is
faintly seen in CH4 (in the EZ).
Also in NEB (NEBn), notice the dark segment that links the barge following
white spot (Z?) to the barge near the p limb. As the barges themselves,
this segment is virtually invisible in IR (not in R).
Io + shadow was visible
Good observations

Hi all,
Here are some images from March 1st. Good seeing prevailed during a transit of Io,
and its bright Equatorial region and darker poles were clearly recorded, very much
as it appeared in Ed's and Antonio's image of it a couple of months back.
Other features of note are the NEB has noticeably receded at these longitudes,
now constituting just dark material in the NTrZ.
Various spots and ovals visible across the STB area.
Best Wishes
Damian
