Hi all,

On tonight's images the GRS/BA/SSTC wos longitudes were well placed for
observation.

Seeing was favourable on some occasions, but considerable haze and high
clouds appeared at the end of the session, once again preventing the
grabbing of additional IR and CH4 images.

BA was evident, and was bright in IR.

The "trio" of remaining SSTC wos was seen, the "p" oval being the less
proeminent. The merged oval ("f") and the one that immediately precedes it
are now closer than by the end of last month. The "cyclonic feature" that
appeared after the merging is now much more far away, "Nf" of the merged oval.

I only got a CH4 image, which shows the GRS and BA (still centered with
respect to its IR counterpart, as assessed with JUPOS cyllindrical
projections). What really puzzled me, although one (poor quality) CH4 image
is surely not enough to reach any conclusion, is that a faint spot appears
slightly "f" of the apparent position of the "cyclonic feature", while no
bright signal is observed over the SSTC wos. More of such images will be
needed even if only to decide about the real existence of this CH4 feature.

Good observations to all

Antonio
