GRS付近の観測適期、晴天を期待し、４時前に起床。雲天。
雲の流れは急速で、５時過ぎから雲間ができ始める。
悪シ−イングである。
ボケボケの画像を重ねると、少しばかり様子が見えてきた。
・GRS後方、SEBの淡化はなさそうである。
・GRS後方に暗物質があり、GRS直後のSEBｎは淡い。
・SEBｎの濃さがとても目立っている。

Jupiter at dawn; Seeing is very poor. Shadow of IO on pr. limb (upper
right).  Some bright yellowish ovals are seen just left of the CM and fol. a
fairly dark festoon in the NEZ north.  Lots of activity from the n. edge
NEBn into the NTrZ noted.  Also of note:  1) dark oval area in the South
Temperate Current, just right of CM in this image, seemingly with associated
"streaming" white spots pr. diagonally ahead of this darkened area; 2) note
the north component of the SEB and its uniform intensity compared to the
SEBs.
