解説(安達)

  シルチスが西の端ギリギリに見えている。夜の側から出てき
た所だ。キンメリウム(Mare Cimmerium:210W,-25)はいつもの
ように見えている。エリシウム(Elysium;215W,+30)にはやや白
い雲がかかっている。プロポンティス(Propontis;180W,+50)
の暗斑が目立っている。北極地方がやや明るくなってきた。

Syrtis major can be seen at the end in the west limb.
It is the place to have come out, becoming in the
morning. Mare Cimmerium(210W,-25) can be seen in the
usual style. The Erysium(215W,+30) is covered with
white cloud, being light. The dark section of the
propontis(180W,+50) is conspicuous. The North pole
became rather light.

Hi all,

Here are some more Mars images from Nov 21st, showing
the Elysium area. Syrtis major is also
just seen at the limb. Seeing wasnt as good as
previous sessions, but more consistent, enabling
twice as many usable frames. Great to see the apparent
diam is now over 4"!.

IR (800-1200nm): 50 x 0.15 secs
Blue Light + IR rejection: 39 x 0.35secs.
Seeing poor-fair (4-5.)
Tranparency variable with frequent low clouds.
