Hi Jupiter Observers
Here is an observation from Houston Texas January 1st 2003 8:56 UT. Callisto
is in transit and is showing very darkly. The NEB rift is prominent and the
SSTC ovals are seen along with the very disturbed area following the GRS.
The transparency was excellent, 9/10, and seeing was good, 7/10 with no wind
and no dew. The weather was cool with the temperatures in the low 50s F in
the early mourning hours.
