解説（安達）

  中央にシルチス(Syrtis major;290W,+10)が中央にきている所だ
が、気流が悪く、眼視でははっきりと捉えられていない。北極付近
は明るく見ているが、白っぽくなく、白雲かどうかの判断はできな
い。

It is the place where the Syrtis major(290W,+10) comes to
the center but the seeing is bad. The Syrtis major can not
be clearly seen. Near the North Pole, it is bright but it
isn't white. This isn't cleared about whether or not it is
South Pole Cloud.
