1月２７日のヘラス(hellas;300W,-50)の地肌の様子がダミアン・
ピーチの画像ではっきりした。ヘラスには白雲はかかっていない。
シルチス(Syrtis major;290W,+10)の先端のすぐ西にあるアスタボ
ラエ(Astaborae;３１０W,+３３)付近に暗斑がぼんやりと捉えられ
ている。ピーチの画像ではいつも写っており、2001年にも見られて
いる。北極冠が小さな光点として見えている。

The image of Damian Peach cleared that there was not cloud
in January 27th, Hellas. The Hellas isn't covered with white
cloud. The dark pattern near the Astaborae(310W.+33) of the
tip of the Syrtis major which is in the west at once can be
absentmindedly seen.In the image of Damian Peach, it is always
deteriorated. It will be the same as the one which can have
been seen in 2001. The Noeth Pole falls to the very small
bright point.

Hi all,
Here are some Mars images from Jan 28th. After over
two weeks of poor seeing in the early morning hrs, it
finally improved to allow some more images. Syrtis
Major was on the CM. Hellas appeared bright. Will
obtain more hopefully this weekend.
