池村氏の画像ではサバエウス(Sinus Sabaeus;340W,-5)の中央付近が淡くなっ
ていることがわかります。ダストベールのやや濃い部分がこの部分にあることを
示しています。西の端は白く写っており朝霧の出ていることがよく分かります。
かなり大きなもので、中西氏の画像にもよくあらわれています。

In the image of Mr.T.Ikemura, it finds that the center of the Sinus
Sabaeus(340W,-5) becomes light. It shows that veil becomes thick in
this area. The western limb becomes white. This will be morning mist.
The expanse is big and this mist to the  image of Mr.Nakanishi well.

雨続きのあとやっと晴れたので挑戦しましたが、風が強く
まるで顕微鏡下の微生物のように火星が視野の中で動い
ていました。ピントもはっきりしませんでした。しかし、スタッ
キングの力で何とか模様が出ています。
大シルチスが確認できますが、サバ人湾はつぶれてしまっ
ています。
