解説（安達）
　新井氏(M.Arai)の画像で、ヘラス(Hellas:290W,-50)が非常に黄色くなって
いる姿を記録した。前日の９月１１日にアキダリウム(Mare Acidarium;30W,
+50)に見られた、局所的に明るい白雲はすでに拡散している。目立っていたの
は２日間だけだったようだ。しかし、北極の白雲は相変わらず白くよく目だっ
て見えている。前日にも気になったが、池村氏の画像では、夕霧も非常に良く
目立つ。ただ、朝霧のような幅はなく、肉眼で火星のリムが明るく見える原因
が分かったような気がする。熊森氏とエリック氏(Eric Ng)の青画像では低緯
度の氷晶雲が良く出ている。(reported by 13 observers and 1 group)

September 12nd,2003
  Arai observed that Mare Acidarium (30W,+50) became very yellow.  The
white cloud which was seen by September 11th, Mare Acidarium in the
previous day diffused already.  It is only 2 days that were
conspicuous.  However, cloud in the North Pole is still conspicuous
well.  It became a feeling previous day, but in the image of Ikemura, t
he evening mist, is conspiguous, too.  However, it doesn't have wide
weidth like the morning mist.  Recently, the cause that the end in
the east can be brightly seen will be this.  In the imager of Kumamori
and Erich Ng, it understands cloud with low latitude well.

コメント：
・単一フレームで細かい模様の解像度が良くても、うなりのような気流で変形し、
コンポジットすると甘くなってしまいます。
・南極冠が小さいながらも非常に輪郭がしっかりしており、色調も純白に近いでしょうか。
少し前の茶色がかった不明瞭な輪郭が見当たりません。

シーイングが良好で火星面の細部が写りました。
12:06の画像にはミッチェル山が写っていますが天文ガイド10月号の記事にあるように斜面に
残ったドライアイスの霜のようにも見えます。青白い霧が目立ちます。

Wind is very strong in the effect of the typhoon.
Therefore, I could not do enlarge.
Seeing became very bad after this picture got suddenly.

台風の影響でたいへん風が強い。
そのため、拡大撮影はできなかった。
この画像撮影の直後から急にシーイングがたいへん悪くなった。
極冠の輝度がたいへん高いので、極冠内部としっかりした
青画像を同時に得ることが困難になった。

Thunderstorm last night, no new images. Just processed another 20030912
mars. This one showed very clear cloud features near morning limb and north
hemisphere. The bright ice spot at the p. side of SPC can be seen too.
