September 25th, 2,003.
There was no observation from Japan. Because a veil hangs on Hellas
(290W,-50) Cristian Fattinnanzi points out whether it is not here.
Hellas is certainly covered with veil. Even a green image is reflected
cheerfully. Nicolas Biver records a light cloud at the end of the north
of the Mars. As before, Mare Acidarium (30W,+50) is covered with light
cloud.

Solis Lacus is visible near CM. It gives me an impression of a spider-web or an eye that looking at us.
Also, it surrounded by streaks or 'canal-like appearance'. I wonder if this what Percival Lowell saw especially at low resolution.
