　観測数が少なく３人だけの観測となった。北極付近と朝霧が濃いほかは、
目立った変化は見られない。

Observation was only three people. A change isn't be around NPR except
that a mist is thick.

Here is an image from October 11th 2003 at 03:08 UT. The sky transparancy
was good 7/10 and the seeing was fair to good 6/10.
