  ソリス（Solis lacus;90W,-25)付近の観測となった。今日は、クサン
テ(Xanthe;55W,+20)からタルシス(Tharsis;95W,+5)付近が明るく観測されてい
る。また、アウロラエ（Aurorae sinus;50W,-10)の付近に氷晶雲が観測された。
グラフトン氏(Ed Grafton)の観測では夕方の北半球が広い範囲にわたって黄色
く写っており、ダスト・ベールが出ている様子を捉えれている。ダミアン・ピ
ーチ氏（Dmian `Peach)の観測ではエリダニア(Eridania;215W,-45)からエレク
トリス(Electris;180W,-45)付近にかけて明るいベルトが写っている。単に大
陸が写っているだけかも知れないが、ダストの事を考えると気になる存在だ。

The neighborhood of Solis　lacus（90W,-25) was observed from Japan.
The neighborhood of Tharsis(95W,+5) was recorded cheerfully from
Xanthe(55W,+20). And, the water ice cloud was observed around
Aurorae sinus(50W,-10). Evening Northern Hemisphere is large, and
it is yellow by the observation of Ed.Grafton. Dust veil seems to
spread out in this part. A light belt can be seen with the
observation of Damian Peach from Eridania(215W,-45) to Electris
(180W,-45). Though it may be as much as a continent stands in a
line, it is the existence which it is anxious about.

出張や悪天候で約半月振りの観測となりました。すっかり小さくなった火星に遠ざかる速
度の速さを感じました。南極冠はしっかり見えましたがシーイングは最悪で、高周波の揺
らぎが多いようでピントがちっとも合いませんでした。風も強く１２００枚撮ったうち半
分以上ブレて使用に耐えませんでした。Registaxの強力なウエーブレット変換でも大きな
模様しか認められません。中央付近東西に赤みが強くなった部分は、ＣＣＤに付いたゴミ
による偽像です。撮影後画像処理中に雨が降り出し、望遠鏡とノートＰＣが濡れてしまい
ました。その後前線通過で時折２０ｍ位の突風が吹いています。

Dusky features visible on floor of Hellas. Moderate NP Hood.
Delicate cloud over northern Syrtis Major.
