解説（安達）
  北半球では、アキダリウム(Acidarium;30W,+50)付近にかなり明るい白雲が
見える。クリセ(Chryse;35W,+10)からクサンテ(Xanthe;55W,+20)にかけては明
るく写っている。タルシス(Tharsis;95W,+5)付近は子午線付近になると明るく
なってくる傾向がある。熊森氏の画像では低緯度地方の氷晶雲が良くとらえら
れている。(repoted by 13 observers)

October 15th, 2003.
The white cloud which is very familiar with Mare Acidarium(30W,+50)
can be seen in the Northern Hemisphere. It seems to be light from
Chryse(35W+10) to Xanthe(55W,+20).
When it passes noon, Tharsis(95W,+5) seems to show a tendency of
growing light. The water ice cloud of the low latitude is understood
well in the image of Kumamori.

風が吹いてシーイングは不良でした。
北極に白雲が認められます。

二週間ぶりに見る火星は,随分,小さくなってしまいまいした.
南極冠は明るく輝いています.シーングが余り良くないため眼で
は,揺ら揺らとして模様の細部まで判りません.
晴れていたのですが,自宅の上空付近で雲が湧いていました.
鏡筒やテーブルがビッショリ濡れるほど夜露が多いので,WebCam
やパソコンを傷めないように早々に撤収しました.

良く晴れてくれたので、ゆっくりと撮影することができました。
シーイングは良くはなかったですが、ときどき止まったときには微細
構造も見えました。
Registax 処理にて、マニュアルでフレーム選択したため、予想よりも
細かなところまで写りました。

シーイングは始めよくなかったが、後半やや回復した（4/10）ので、火星表面の模 様が確認できた。太陽湖やオーロラ湾が確認できる。南極冠は随分小さくなったが、 明瞭に認められる。今後はプリズムの使用も考えたい。ToUcamとregistaxを使い始め たが、この悪いシーイングの画像が再現できるとは驚きである。piconaではおよそ考 えられない。registaxも試行錯誤を繰り返しながら、何とか使えるようになってき た。いろいろな機能が付いているので迷うことも多い。土星や木星が楽しみである。

コメント：久しぶりに普通のシーイング状態となった。
透明度も良くなっている。
青色での画像が明るい状態が９月中旬ごろから続いていたが、
今月上旬過ぎから青色画像も本来の明るさの状態で撮影でき
るようになった。火星面の水蒸気が幾分少なくなったのだろうか。
画像にも一時の白っぽい状態からいつものコントラストに戻った。
南極冠も健在で、南極冠の周辺も相変わらず霞んでいる。

Seeing continues to be the worst on record here in Arkansas, but a beautifully clear night opening up late when Mars was on the horizon.....some bright areas (clouds?) noted in the northern regions of Hellas, particularly in Red Light; some dark spots noted along N. perimeter of SPC at this longitude

Seeing was quite poor due this image.  Could only use 800 frames from a 2700
