解説（安達）
  日本の観測では目立った変化は見られていない。クリストフ・ペリエ
氏(Christophe Pellier)の画像からはアキダリウム(Mare Acidarium;30W,+50)
付近に目立った白雲が観測されている。ダミアン・ピーチ氏（Damian Peach)
は、南極冠が円形ではないことを記録した。気流が良い時の形を捕らえること
は、なかなか難しいようだ。(reported by 13 observers)

October 27, 2003.
The change which was an eye isn't seen with the observation from Japan.
A light cloud is recorded around Mare Acidarium(30W,+50) with the image
of Christophe Pellier. Damian Peach observed SPC which was not a circle.
If an air current isn't good, it doesn't know a familiar state.

気圧配置も緩み、どうにか模様が
確認できるシーイングになりましたが、
モニターの中の火星像は、小刻みに
振動していました。夏の気流と異なります。
一週間ぶりの火星は、一段と小さくなった
感じです。南極冠も小さくなりました。

シーングは良くなく、眼視では細部はよくわかりません。  ヘラスが輝いていました。

かろうじて模様が写りました。
ヘラスが明るい。

南極冠がいつまで見えるか。
永久南極冠として消えないで、残ってしまうということですが
果たして、地上から確認が行えるのだろうか？
また、黄雲は発生しないのだろうか。

Please find attached my latest Mars images... The seeing did not recovered
of the whole month !
Note again a "transparency-hole" in the atmosphere near Solis Lacus
(de-concentration of dust Masatsugu said).
