解説（安達）
林氏は、朝霧の影響の少ない、タルシス(Tharsis;９５W,+５)が明るくなっ
ている様子を観測した。タウマシア(Thaumasia;80W,-35)の南方は付近も今日
も晴れている。アキダリウム(Acidarium;３０W,+５０)付近はかなり目立った
白雲が見えている。DCパ−カ−(D.C Pakaer)氏あらはヘラス(Hellas;２９０W,
-５０)付近の観測が送られてきた。アウストラレ(Australe;３００W,-６５)一
帯が広く晴れている様子を記録している。南極冠の左側のリムが黄色くなって
いるが、ダストベールか画像処理の過程でできたものかは不明だ。

The state that Tharsis(95W,+5) was light was recorded with the image
of Hayashi. Morning mists are decreasing in this part. It is fine in
the south side of Thaumasia (80W,+50) today, too. A conspicuous white
cloud can be seen around Mare Acidarium(30W,+50). D.C.Parker has sent
observation around Hellas(290W,-50). The state that it is fine in the
neighborhood of Australe (300W,-65) is recorded. A connection on the
left of SPC is yellow. But, it doesn't know this whether to be a veil.

１０日ぶりの観測です。流石にシーングが悪かったのでまともなもの
が写せませんでしたが、今日は何とか太陽湖が見えました。
うす雲が流れて、ゲインがいろいろ移動して光量が難しい。

Ｂ画像を見ると、ノア大陸、アルギュレあたりからオーロラ湾を経てタルシスにかけて幅広範囲がしろっぽく写っている。
上空に薄い雲でもあるのだろうか？ マルガレーテの北の渓谷が多くある地帯が、赤外の画像で白く見えている。
北極にも白い雲が見える。

雲が多く、たまに雲間が現れてもその下にうす雲があるようで、赤外カットを付けたままではゲインを最大にしても感度が足りない。
仕方なく赤外カットフィルターをはずして撮像したが、うす雲をついての撮像なので光量の変化がありゲインが安定しないので往生した。

Images bias,flat and dark corrected.
Seeing good (7-8 Pickering) but very high winds (NE, 8-20 kts). Transparency = 4m .
Altitude = 54-57 degrees. No dew.
Much detail on the floor of Hellas: Zea Lacus, Peneus, and Alpheus prominent.
PM limb brightening and NP Hood bright but otherwise little cloud activity.
