解説（安達）
視直径がだんだん小さくなり、おまけに気流も悪くなり、観測は厳しくなっ
てきた。日本からは目立った変化をとらえる事はできなかった。パ−カ−(DC
Parker)氏からの画像には、朝霧が認められ、子午線付近まで延びている様子
が分かる。南半球と北半球にそれぞれ一本づつベルト状に見えている。ブルー
の画像などはまるで金星のような、珍しい姿になった。

The diameter became small. Seeing is bad, too, and observation is
strict. A conspicuous change isn't seen by Japan. It is understood
that a morning mist grows even around the meridian in the image of
D.C.Parker. One is in each of the Southern Hemisphere and the
Northern Hemisphere, and it is a figure just like a Venus.

Poor seeing and Strong wind
シーイング悪く風が強い。
夏の蛍光灯に戯れる蝿のように
モニターの中で火星がはげしく
はじけ飛ぶ。
1/50sec で撮影、南極冠が写ったら
奇跡といいつつ、写っている。
ToUcamはすごいですね。

Images bias,flat and dark corrected.
Seeing variable, occasionally good (avg. 5-6 Pickering) Transparency = 5m .
Light ESE wind (0-4 kts). Altitude = 58-59 degrees. No dew.
Diffuse clouds over Zephyria, confluent with PM limb brightening. Hazes over
Sirenum and Tyrrhenum Maria. Localized clouds extending from terminator into
Aethiopsis and Ausonia. The Ausonia cloud very bright visually with Wratten-47 filter.
Cerberus-Trivium remains weak. No clouds over Elysium.
