雨上がりで透明度は良いが、気流は今一歩でした。
例の暗斑が少し薄くなったような気がしますが
気流のせいでしょうか?

Hello everyone...
I finally had a night of reasonable seeing, and only -10C which helped make the night more enjoyable.
I have attached two sets of images. The large image is a set or R,B, Clear filtered images (with a composite green) and a R(G)B
colour composite. These were taken with the 30cm SCT @ f24 and a ATK 1HS 'web'cam running in 320x240 mode with gain set
at 50-60%.
The R,B, and clear images were taken in standard video mode, 30FPS for 60sec. 1000 of 1800 frames were stacked and
processed in Registax. The IR, Methane and UV images were taken in the extended exposure mode, captured with K3CCD tools.
Each is a composite of approx. 90 frames. The IR exposures were .5sec, and the Methane and UV were 1.5 sec each. Schuler
filters were used for each of the colour bands. I also assembled false colour images using the IMU and MIR bands.
The single red frame was taken about 20mins after the first, but the camera was operated in 352x288 mode.
It seems to take about 10mins to run a complete set of images through the 6 filters (plus focus correction). The system seems
to work well enough. These are some of the better images taken in the past year or more.
Please forward any questions and comments.

I'm attatching this image and animation obtained with a methane band filter
(889nm CW /18nm FWHM) on Feb 23 showing the same longitudes of Don's superb
images in the visible. At the left are preprocessed images only, at the
center are unsharped versions and at the right is depicted the result of
dividing the preprocessed images by a "median" image (obtained from more
than 100 methane images spanning all longitudes).
Please notice the irregularities in methane intensity near the poles and
SEB, e.g in the ratio images at the right, rotaing with the planet.
Comparing with Don's images please notice the methane positive NEB rifts and
negative NEBs projections, the small methane positive clouds in STZ (north
of SSTB wos), the methane-dark diffuse SEB patch that correspons to a bluish
region of the belt, and the fact that not all SSTB wos are equally methane bright.
