This picture was taken through thin clouds.
In the pictures of this term, it is the one where resolution is higher.

撮影し始めた頃はうす曇であったが、次第に雲が厚くなり中断。
最終撮影時は合成F値を少し下げて光量を稼ぎました。
シーイングは良好だったのに残念な一夜でした。

NEBs Festoon is very active. Two dark area of SEBs(about II=0-10) are very prominent by IR image

Dr. P. Clay Sherrod (410mm SC : ToUcam PRO)
Please find attached our image of Jupiter this morning under fairly steady skies (finally....)
Note the prominence of BA and the intensity of the belts pr. and following this feature.
Very intense orange-red coloration within NEBzone which is very active in this span, as are both the
N and S components of the NEB.
Some very interesting demarcation along the NEBs seemingly strongly blue as noted in the Red image
attached.

Here's my latest images of Jupiter from last night. Seeing was fair to good
(3-5/10).

Eric Ng (250mm Newtonian : ToUcam Pro)

No imaging for more than 2 months already. Finally I completed the new setup of a 10" Newtonian at my roof. :-) Last night has fixed the balancing problem of the newtonian and polar aligned the scope (no polar star can be seen at my site). Finally still got time to have a few test shots. :-) The Royce mirror has been recoated and the reflectivity was so much improved!!!
Kind Regards,

Here are the aligned IR+CH4 pairs obtained on Mar08. More methane and IR
images will follow when possible. SEB disturbance is seen. Please notice the
IR-CH4 mismatches in SEB, some methane negative rifts in NEB, and some
methane positivity on IR bright clouds of the SEB disturbance (on other SEB
regions the most frequent observation is methane positivity colocalizing
with IR-dark material).

Here are some broadband images obtained on 08 Mar, showing the SEB
disturbance. Arrowed in an inset is a bright EZ cloud that may be preceding
the EZs slightly bluish (when near the limb) feature that has been described
earlier by other observers. Is this possible?
