解説（安達）
　久し振りにたくさんの観測者から報告を受けた。ヘラス(Hellas;290W,-50)
は相変わらず北西部分がもっとも明るく、シーズン中のふだんの姿を見せてい
る。熊森氏の09：09の画像はシーズン中のノーマルな姿を記録した。目立った
変化は見られない。今シーズン中ほとんど記録されなかったイスメニウス
(Ismenius lacus;333W,+40)がとらえられている。ペリエ(Christophe Pellier)
氏からはソリス(Solis lacus;90W,-25)付近の記録が送られてきた。IRではふだ
んの姿が記録されている。ほとんど同じ場所をピーチ(Damian Peach)氏が記録
しているが、目立った変化は記録されなかった。(reported by 10 observers)

February 8th, 2004.
Much observation gathered after a long time. A northwestern part is
familiar with Hellas (290W,-50) as before. The figure that a season
was normal now was recorded with the image of 09:09 of Kumamori. A
conspicuous change isn't seen. The season when it was hardly recorded
now, Ismenius (333W,+40) were recorded. Christoph Pellier has sent
observation around Solis lacus (90W,-25). A usual state was recorded
with IR image. A conspicuous change isn't seen.
