解説（安達）
　熊森氏の画像からは、南半球に朝霧の出ていることが分かる。南半球全体
がやや白っぽい記録が多く見られるが、原因は今一つ良く分からない。アマ
ゾニス(Amazonis;155W,+15)とフレグラ(Phlegra;190W,+35)付近が暗く記録
された。(reported by 3 observers)

February 27th, 2004.
A mist can be seen with the image of Kumamori in the Southern
Hemisphere in the morning. It doesn't know a cause though the whole
of the Southern Hemisphere was recorded white. The neighborhood of
Amazonis (155W,+15) and Phlegra (190W,+35) was recorded darkly.

シーイングが良さそうな晴れに思えるのですが、
上空には強い風の流れがあるようで、見え味は今ひとつでした。
