　今日も北極付近は白く観測されなかった。そろそろ北極冠が見えてもいいこ
ろだが、いまのところそれらしき姿は見えない。(reported by 1 observer)

Today, the neighborhood of the north pole wasn't recorded white, either.
Soon, it is when you may be able to see NPC. Now, the state that it
seems to be it can't be seen.
