解説（安達）
　北半球の朝霧はやや衰退したようだ。また、北極の明るさも感じられない。
メリッロ氏（Frank J Melillo）の観測ではやや明るく、経度によって違いがあ
るようだ。

It seems that a morning mist declined of the Northern Hemisphere. And, i
t can't feel Arctic brightness. The brightness of the morning mist is a
little light with the observation of FrankJMellilo. There is a difference
in the way of seeing it by the longitude.

シーイングが良く、西空にあったが気持ちよく撮れた。
ソリスからタルシスの辺りがこの視直径にしてはよく判ると思う。
タルシス辺りに雲があるのだろうか。
