Attached are images from last night. Fair to good seeing, but it was ruined by terrible transparency. The post GRS turbulence region is seen, with the spot itself on the edge.
9.25" (23.5 cm) Celestron SCT @ f/31 ATK-1HS CCD camera.
Seeing fair-good (Pickering 4-7.) Transparency again terrible (~0 mag) thick haze/high clouds/mist.
Wind SE (0-3mph.) Heavy dew. Eq Diam=44.2" Alt: 34 degs.

Seeing was fantastic tonight. I spent the night observing and imaging with Tomio Akutsu. Seeing was around 9-10/10 with 5/5 transparency! We also took an IR image of Jupiter.
There are lots of details in Jupiter. The NEB is filled with red spots. The Oval BA is now very well defined. There are spots on the NTB and the NNTB. Note also the growing white spot above the oval BA.
The color image was done using a Toucam while the IR image was done using an Atik 1HS Cam.
I wish to dedicate these images to the Holy Father who passed away today. Requiem aeternam dona ei, Domine, et lux perpetua luceat ei. Requiescat in pace.

Here the latest image of Jupiter taken under excellent transparency (Mv 6.5) and very variable seeing due to a mid quota wind.
I was imaging from my holy mountain at 1500 meters elevation where sky was wonderful! ;-)
No chance to take more images in other spectral band due to the bad seeing both before and after the image attached.
